“全球治理的中国方案”丛书（中、英文版），全面、深入地向国际社会阐释中国的全球治理观，展现中国作为一个负责任的大国，积极参与全球治理，努力为全球治理贡献中国主张、中国智慧、中国方案，并以踏实稳健的步伐，推动构建合作共赢、公正合理的全球治理体系和治理机制。中国从“接入”互联网的*天起，就成为推进互联网全球普及与应用、积极参与网络空间国际治理的重要力量，其中不仅有理念的输出，更有实践的推进，二者相辅相承，共同构成中国参与网络空间国际治理的路线图。尤其是随着互联网技术与应用“双刃剑”作用的日益显现，当前网络空间治理在追求“发展”与“安全”的平衡过程中，不得不将治理重心更多地向网络安全治理倾斜。在此过程中，中国全方位、多渠道地参与了相关治理进程，与国际社会各方一道共同探索有效治理的路径与方案，共同致力于“和平、安全、开放、合作、有序”的网络空间建设。In China and Cybersecurity, the authors summarize China’s efforts to work with other countries in promoting the reform of the international cyberspace governance system with a view to establishing a safe, open, and cooperative cyberspace, and building a multilateral, democratic, and transparent framework for global Internet management. The book also covers China’s involvement in the formulation of related international regulations, hosting the World Internet Conference, and raising the awareness of cybersecurity among Chinese netizens.
“全球治理的中国方案”丛书围绕“治理”“和平”“发展”三个*重要的主题，采取“3 7”的模式，共分为十分册。前三分册作为统领，围绕三大核心主题，综述中国完善全球治理体系的理念与实践，介绍中国参与全球治理的战略框架；其余七分册，按照当前全球治理的七大互动领域，包括金融安全、能源安全、气候治理、国际发展援助、人权保障、网络空间安全治理、国际反恐合作等，分别诠释全球治理具体领域的中国方案。On several occasions since 2016, Chinese President Xi Jinping stressed the importance of China’sactive participation in the international efforts to reform the system of global governance. Writtenby a group of prominent Chinese scholars and officials, the China and Global Governance Seriesaims to present the international readers with China’s approach to global governance and theChinese wisdom behind it. In the ten titles forming this series, the authors elaborate on China’sperspectives on global governance, peace, and development, as well as seven other importantaspects of global governance—financial security, energy security, climate change management,foreign aid, cybersecurity, human rights protection, and anti-terrorism.
